Mindfulness and Nature Sessions​
Our Mindfulness and Nature sessions offer a special outdoors flavour to mindfulness practice, whether that practice be seated, gentle flowing movement, walking, or using Nature itself as a specific meditative focus. Every season brings its own delights, and the aim is to learn to appreciate, learn from and share those experiences in friendly relaxed small groups.
