A calm update on new wellbeing support, sessions, and workshops


We’re excited to share some of our new projects, sessions and workshops, offering more opportunities for wellbeing support, mindfulness and connection. 💙



🌱 Health and Growth Project


We’re excited to have funding to offer even more mindfulness support for people experiencing poor mental health.


This project is for those who are struggling at work, and for those who would like to move closer to the employment market by improving their mental health.


🧘 Drop-in Mindfulness Sessions


A calming blend of gentle movement, meditation, and (of course) the obligatory cuppa ☕ — all within a lovely, friendly group with peer support.


Where: St Nicholas’ Church Hall at the Barnes🕑

When: Mondays at 2pm💷

Cost: £2–£4


💙 Free 1:1 Mindfulness Coaching


For anyone who would like to start by exploring their goals and introducing tailored mindfulness practices into their lives.


💼 Employer Offers


Free 30-minute taster sessions — not sure if mindfulness would work for your staff?

We can deliver a short taster session on your premises.

4-week Mindfulness at Work Pilot — ready to go!

Mindfulness can support concentration, managing change, communication, and feeling better at work. Employers can help us pilot and evaluate this on-site.



💚 Cancer Support Project with Keep Active CIC

We are so lucky to be invited to work on this important project, providing wellbeing support for those affected by cancer and their loved ones.


From diagnosis and treatment to symptoms of illness, cancer can be tough. Working with Keep Active CIC and partners Weights and Cakes and Kreative Kitchen, the project supports both mind and body for those affected by cancer.

Weekly classes based on our Introduction to Mindfulness Space and Time Course, including:

  • Mindfulness techniques

  • Meditation

  • Gentle mindful movement


🤝 How to Attend

You don’t have to come to all 12 sessions — you can drop in when you’re able.

💚 Grace House

We are delighted to work together with our friends and partners at Grace House.

We are delivering themed mindfulness workshops on topics like anxiety and sleep, as well as mindful movement. 🌿
