A Big Welcome

We are three friends who have practised and enjoyed mindfulness over the last decade.  We formed The Little Company of Calm to offer you mindfulness courses, activities, and retreats in a really supportive environment and friendly atmosphere. And the Company? We see ourselves at the heart of our community and are a community interest, not for profit company.

Our Vision

To offer friendly, affordable and high quality Mindfulness activities and programmes. Supporting you to feel better about yourself, mind and body is at the heart of what we do.

Our Story

We set up our Little Company with the aspiration to deliver high quality mindfulness programmes. We work in alignment with the standards for good practice in mindfulness teaching, laid out by the British Association for Mindfulness-Based Approaches (BAMBA)

Our Community

We have a dedicated and supportive "community of calm" Facebook group and now have our own

YouTube Channel to offer videos among our community.
